How many focused sessions each capability comfortably takes depends on the work involved and how familiar you already are with the tools. Once a capability is in place, you can move on to another capability whenever you're ready.

Questions, answered
How do I pay?
For sessions, a quick pre-payment confirms your booking: Zelle, CashApp, or a PayPal link, whatever’s easiest. Once it’s received, your time is locked in. For fixed-scope and larger business engagements, we agree on the requirements, scope, and a flat price first. A deposit gets us started, with the balance invoiced for your records and due before delivery. Nothing is charged through this portal. I’ll send payment details directly once we’ve confirmed the particulars.
Do I need my own AI accounts?
Yes, and that’s true whichever way you work with me. You bring the accounts for the cloud tools you want to connect and empower your AI-agent with: AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), web search tools, and your cloud productivity apps like calendar, spreadsheets, social media, and more. Only the AI model provider account is needed on day one; the rest can be added across sessions, as you grow comfortable with the AI-agent and the need for them naturally arises. Most of these add-ons have free tiers and, as Your AI Concierge, I’ll help you choose any that are new to you.
For sessions and any work on your own hardware, everything stays on your device and in your accounts. For the hosted AI-agent, your app connections and encrypted API keys are stored on our systems so it can work around the clock, and you can revoke any API key anytime. Either way, I never ask for your passwords: API keys are pasted by you and revocable in your provider dashboard, and app connections use secure authorization (OAuth), which grants access without ever sharing a password.
Can I use what I learn at work?
Absolutely - that’s the point. What you learn is yours and travels with you. Just note that you’re responsible for following your own employer’s policies on AI and data handling.
What should I prepare before a session?
What to have ready depends on whether it’s your first session or an ongoing one (say, adding a new capability). We’ll already have nailed down what we’re working towards before the session, so our time together is spent doing, not planning. You’ll also want a quiet, private spot.
For your first (setup) session, have ready:
Logins for the accounts you want your AI-agent to use: your AI model providers (needed on day one), plus the cloud tools we agreed to connect this session (e.g., your online calendar or spreadsheets), as many as time and complexity allow.
Your email, and optionally a password manager, to save any newly created accounts.
A sense of how you’d like it to run: on your own hardware or hosted by us. We’ll talk it through.
We connect each account together during the session, live and securely, and you authorize every one yourself without ever sharing a password. Bring your top priorities first; we pick up the rest in later sessions.
For ongoing sessions (building up your AI-agent to perform new, fancy productivity tricks): bring the login for whatever new cloud tool or use-case you’d like to add. I’ll email a few questions beforehand so we hit the ground running.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Use the link in your booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel yourself up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours I can’t always accommodate changes; a late cancellation’s pre-payment is held as credit toward a future session rather than refunded.
Is my information private?
It depends on the hosting model, and on which information you mean, so let’s walk through it. My one-on-one, live Google Meet sessions are never recorded, and your booking details (your name, email, and what you ask for) stay between us. Anything set up on your own hardware, including what we build in your sessions, stays on your device and in your own accounts; nothing is stored on our systems. With our hosted option, your AI-agent runs on Jupyter, LLC systems, so three things live there: your provider API keys, the memory and skills your AI-agent builds, and the files it produces for you. We keep your API keys encrypted, but hosting still means entrusting that data to us, the same choice you already made with every cloud service you signed up for. It’s a convenience-versus-privacy tradeoff, and we offer both ways to run so you can select which suits you best. Whichever model you choose, you own the API keys and can revoke access anytime from your provider dashboards.
Can I reach my AI-agent from my phone?
Yes. We can connect your AI-agent to Telegram so you can message it from your phone and get results on the go. You just need a Telegram account; I handle the rest. Setting it up is paid, just like any other capability we build together, and usually takes a session or two.
How do I sign in to my hosted AI-agent?
Your hosted AI-agent has a secure sign-in. You use your own email, any provider works (Gmail, Zoho, Proton, a work address, or whatever you already have), and confirm a one-time code sent to that inbox. Optionally (but recommended), if you have a Google account, you can instead choose ‘Sign in with Google’ for an even more secure sign-in.
